What is a health coach? Well a health coach can help you design a health and wellness plan that works for you. Feeling like you could use help with that? Feel like you need support with your self care routine, meal planning, or better prioritizing?
You and I (your health coach) will create a personalized health plan that will take you from where you are currently to where you want to be with your overall health and wellness goals.

With all that being said, I am not a doctor, or a nutritionist, and can not proscribe, treat, or diagnose. I will also not go against what may of been proscribed, treated, or diagnosed to you. But if interested in doing your own exploration I'm here in support of that. Setting your own goals, thought processes, and expectations are important.
I have a health coaching certification from IIN (Institute for Integrative Nutrition) & recently finished a hormone specific certification though them as well. I am aware that there is still so much to learn and retain in the felid of overall wellness and together we will be learning and growing as a team. The bio individuality of each and ever person makes each session unique with so much to explore!
I help you implement your own routines into your daily life. I can be there for you with all of this, keeping you accountable to what ever goals are. I have a variety of session choices that I feel works for anyone depending on how much they need or where they are at currently. I will even work with your doctors, nutritionist, chiropractor, farmers, PT's, etc.... Knowing Im just one part of the puzzle. Collaboration for me is the best parts of my practice.
I have a large diverse food and wellness background. Working as a cook as well as managing front and back of house of restaurants. Catering small events, helping with community fairs, and parties. Working with local farmers as well as receiving by own personal CSA every year. I will and can help you create your own menu and understand food a little better by working together and giving you ideas! With you we will together journey though the process.
I can also provide a broad menu/eating plan based on what may be ailing you. (Example I will have a basic eating plan for a diabetic, or cleanse/detox, as well as coming out with a cook book volumes of recipes of my own creation. Including; Family favorites, Meat lovers, Veggie lovers, Wild game & harvesting cooking, and more...

A private complimentary conversation with Rachael (me) the owner of Wild Spruce. This is a way to learn more about food & wellness and how it can better impact your life or help you reach your personal goals day to day.
Rachael works mostly in finding the right eating plan for you (having a diverse background in food), although she touches in the other aspects of life, knowing food is just one small aspect. She will only dive in as deep as the client feels comfortable.
*Wellness consultation
This is a way to learn more about food & wellness and how it can better impact your life. Helping you reach your personal goals day to day. We work mostly in finding the right eating plan for you. We may touch on other aspects of life as well.
We dive into some; goal setting, meal prepping concepts, as well as navigating anything stoping you. Giving you ideas and accountability!

A full food wellness consultation encompasses a variety of things. We explore food options for you and anyone you may be sharing meals with day to day.

A full food "All in" wellness consultation encompasses not just the basics but also weekly check in's & new food ideas as requested. Keeping the accountability!

This is quick 30 min follow up session to any of the basic food wellness consultation sessions previously scheduled. To make sure you're reaching and staying true to your goals. Keeping the accountability factor strong so you can reach being the healthiest and happiest you can be.

I can come to you, and as a team we will navigate getting your food and wellness plan together.
This can look like;
-Goal setting & menu creation / exploration
-Seasonal food thoughts & awareness (Farmers, CSA's, Ranchers, & local shops)
-Help with with specific dishes or concepts
-Learning proper food handling & prep
-Viewing your kitchen and seeing what can be shifted or adjusted.
-Helping you prep meals for the week
-Shopping with you at the store to explore the best options
-Helping with getting a party or gathering together as well as clean up
($45/hr | New Castle -Basalt & Redstone area)
